Privacy Policy

Each app has its own privacy policy — that policy, not this page, is the authoritative one for the app:

1. Who we are

This policy applies to the websites and mobile applications ("apps") provided by Mio Software LLC ("Mio Software," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. You can reach us at support@miosoftware.app.

2. Our approach to your data

Mio Software apps are designed to run on-device. That means the work each app does happens on your iPhone, using Apple's built-in system features. As a general rule:

• We do not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal information.
• We do not require you to create an account or give us your name, email, or phone number to use our apps.
• We do not transmit the content of your messages, calls, photos, or files to us or to any third party.

3. Policies for our apps

Each app has its own privacy policy, covering exactly what that app does, which permissions it asks for, and what it keeps on your device. Those policies are the authoritative ones for the apps; this page covers Mio Software as a company. You will find them linked at the top of this page, and on each app's own page on this site — an app's policy is published before that app is released.

If any future app ever needs to send information off your device, we will say so plainly in that app's policy and tell you before it happens.

4. Data collected automatically

We aim to collect as little as possible. Note that when you download an app or make a purchase, Apple processes that transaction and may share limited, aggregated information with us (such as the number of downloads or subscriptions) through its App Store Connect tools. This is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours, and does not include the content inside your apps.

Our apps do not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and describe exactly what is collected and why before the change takes effect.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features and subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account. Mio Software does not receive or store your credit card or payment details. Manage or cancel subscriptions any time in your device's Settings under your Apple Account.

6. Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

7. Your choices

Because our apps store their data on your device, you stay in control:

• You can clear an app's on-device history from within the app or by deleting the app.
• You can manage the permissions each app uses (such as call filtering) in your device Settings.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our apps evolve. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.
